  • Exam Language: English only.

Exam Structure

The JN0-1103 exam follows Juniper's current published objectives and JNCIA-Design syllabus.

Exam Policies

Before completing JNCIA-Design exam registration, review Juniper's current program policies and Pearson VUE appointment, identification, security, and delivery requirements.

  • Rescheduling: Contact Pearson VUE at least one business day before the scheduled written-exam appointment; changes less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to forfeiture of the exam fee.
  • Cancellation: Cancel through Pearson VUE at least one business day before the appointment. Late cancellation or rescheduling can forfeit the exam fee, and no-shows are charged the exam fee.
  • Retake Policy: After the first failed written-exam attempt, you may retake at any time. After a second and each subsequent failure, wait 14 calendar days beginning the day after the failed attempt. After passing, wait at least 18 months before retaking the same exam.
  • Retake Fee: A new eligible attempt requires the applicable JNCIA-Design exam fee; Juniper's current published price for this certification level is USD $200 before applicable taxes or regional charges.

Certification Validity and Renewal Options

After passing the JN0-1103 exam, the JNCIA-Design certification is active for three years under the Juniper Networks Certification Program.

  • Validity: Juniper certifications are active for three years. If an active certification is not renewed within that period, it expires and can no longer be recertified from the current level.
  • Renewal Options: Before expiration, recertify through the appropriate exam, obtain a higher-level certification in the same track, or complete an eligible specified or higher-level course in the same track according to Juniper's current recertification mappings.

Exam Fee

  • Base Fee: The current published JNCIA-Design exam fee for a Juniper Associate-level written exam is USD $200.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes, currency conversion, or regional charges may be added at checkout, so the final JNCIA-Design certification cost can differ from the published USD base fee.
  • India Pricing Note: Confirm the live local checkout amount, applicable taxes, accepted payment options, and any valid voucher before payment; Juniper publishes the certification-program base price in USD.
