CCNP Certification Overview
Each CCNP certification requires two exams:
1. Core Exam – Covers foundational and technology-specific core topics.
2. Concentration Exam – Allows candidates to specialize in an area of interest within the chosen track.
Note: The core exam also qualifies you for the corresponding CCIE lab exam.

CCNP Enterprise

- Core Exam: 350-401 ENCOR – Implementing Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies

Validity: 3 years
Renewal Options
You can recertify by passing any one of the following
- Pass one CCNP core exam (e.g., 350-401 ENCOR, 350-701 SCOR)
- pass any two separate professional concentration exams
- Pass any one expert-level lab

Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites for CCNP exams. However, Cisco recommends 3–5 years of experience in the relevant technology area.
