Certification Overview

Unlike other Cisco certifications, CCAr does not require a written exam or lab exam in the traditional format. To earn CCAr, candidates must:
  1. Meet strict eligibility requirements
  2. Submit a formal application
  3. Defend a network architecture proposal before a Cisco review board
This board-style defense simulates a real-world executive presentation and technical review.

Certification Process

🔹 Step 1: Eligibility & Application

Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in network architecture and leadership roles.

🔹 Step 2: Architectural Proposal Submission

You must prepare and submit a detailed network architecture solution addressing a complex business scenario.

🔹 Step 3: Board Review & Defense

Candidates present and defend their solution in front of a panel of Cisco-certified experts, similar to a thesis defense.
