Certification Overview
Each CCNP Collaboration certification requires
two exams:
- Core Exam – Covers foundational and advanced collaboration technologies.
- Concentration Exam – Allows candidates to specialize in a specific collaboration technology area.
Note: Passing the core exam also qualifies you for the corresponding CCIE Collaboration lab exam.

🔹 Core Exam (Required)
- 350-801 CLCOR – Implementing Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies

🔹 Concentration Exam (Choose One)
You must choose
one of the following collaboration-focused concentration exams:
- 300-810 CLICA – Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications
- 300-815 CLACCM – Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services
- 300-820 CLCEI – Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions
- 300-835 CLAUTO – Automating and Programming Cisco Collaboration Solutions
Concentration Focus Areas Include:
- Advanced call routing and mobility
- Collaboration applications deployment
- Cloud and edge integration
- Automation and API-based collaboration solutions
Validity & Recertification
Validity Period: 3 Years
Renewal Options
You can recertify by completing any one of the following:
- Pass one professional-level core exam
- Pass any two professional-level concentration exams
- Pass one expert-level lab exam
- Earn continuing education credits
Recommended Experience
There are
no formal prerequisites for CCNP Collaboration.
However, Cisco recommends:
- 3–5 years of experience working with collaboration technologies
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and VoIP concepts
