Certification Overview

The CCNP Enterprise certification requires two exams:
  1. Core Exam – Covers foundational enterprise networking technologies.
  2. Concentration Exam – Allows you to specialize in a specific enterprise technology area.
Note: Passing the core exam also qualifies you to take the corresponding CCIE Enterprise lab exam.

  • 300-425 ENWLSD – Enterprise Wireless Design
  • 300-430 ENWLSI – Enterprise Wireless Implementation
  • 300-435 ENAUTO – Enterprise Network Automation
Concentration Focus Areas Include:
  • Advanced routing protocols
  • SD-WAN architecture and deployment
  • Network design principles
  • Wireless solutions (design & implementation)
  • Network automation and programmability

Validity & Recertification

Validity Period: 3 Years

Renewal Options

You can recertify by completing any one of the following:
  • Pass one professional-level core exam
  • Pass any two professional-level concentration exams
  • Pass one expert-level lab exam
  • Earn continuing education credits

Recommended Experience

There are no formal prerequisites for CCNP Enterprise. However, Cisco recommends:
  • 3–5 years of experience implementing enterprise networking solutions
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, and network security concepts
